**Return & Exchange Policy**

We want you to be 100% happy with your RanaxLeather purchase.

**1. Return Conditions**
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items
- Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Customer must provide photo/video proof at the time of delivery

**2. Exchange**
- Size/color exchange available within 3 days
- Exchange shipping charges: Rs. 250 will be paid by customer

**3. Refunds**
- For COD orders: Refund will be given after we receive the returned item
- For prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable

**4. Non-Returnable Items**
- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged due to misuse
